Abstract

The study aims at finding out the extent to which the principals of public schools in the Rusaifa District responded to the instructions of the Education Quality and Accountability Unit from the point of view of their assistants. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was adopted, and the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (28) items, distributed over four areas, and applied to a sample of (80) assistants and assistants in government schools in the Rusaifa District. Among the most prominent findings of the study, was that the response which public school principals in Rusaifa District came to a medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α ≤ 0.05) in the extent of the response of government school principals in Al-Rusaifa Brigade, according to the instructions of the Education Quality and Accountability Unit, from the point of view of their assistants, due to the variables of gender, educational qualification and years of experience. The study recommended that the instructions of the Education Quality and Accountability Unit be published and applied in public schools, especially regarding the student’s environment.
