Abstract

This research discusses the relation between utterance and meaning. The problem which ancient Arab grammarians restricted in a controversial. The research represents a deceptive horizontal perspective view which emphasizes that many linguistic ingredients ( inside or outside Lang) unite to reveal intended meaning > it means that the elements of utterance as well as word- order ,addition ,deletion ,parsing and lexicon are in harmony with situation elements, as well as context of situation. Stress and intonation. In this research, the main aspects of classical Arabic language embrace modern linguistic achievements, to shed light on the way of enriching and developing general Arabic linguistic culture.
